The digital photos of your home will be the main selling tool we have to spark an interest in your home. These photos should be copied on a CD not a DVD. NO Power Point , printed descriptions or addresses, please.

You will need to have daily maid service for your home. We would prefer that you use your maid service if you have one, if not we will be happy to assist you. The normal fee is $60-$75 per day for an average size home and this fee should be INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR HOME ALONG WITH THE 7% COMMISSION.

Host homes are rented to entertain guests and have catered dinners/parties. The details of the use of the home will be discussed before a contract is signed.
